Filecoin holds a quiet conviction. Centralized cloud storage introduces systemic risks: censorship, data loss. Real problems. $FIL provides verifiable, decentralized data persistence. This isn't just a feature; it's a structural upgrade for the internet. Its long-term utility is often overshadowed. The market misjudges foundational value against fleeting narratives. That's the play.

Impossible Cloud Network Token, $ICNT , addresses a fundamental tension. Most dApps rely on centralized cloud infrastructure. This is unsustainable. They build true decentralized compute. The market currently overlooks core infrastructure. It undervalues the underlying shift. Demand for uncensorable, resilient backend services grows. They are positioned well.

$PIPE I sometimes run bandwidth and storage nodes, so I price infra before I buy it. Pipe's object storage is about 3 USDC/TB to read and 15 USDC/TB to write.

That's inverted from everyone else and I think it's worth saying out loud. Amazon S3 charges nothing to upload and about $90/TB to get data out. Cloudflare R2 is free egress but $15/TB every month it just sits there. Pipe is the opposite - pricey once on the way in, cheap on the way out.

What I can't tell from the pricing page is whether there's a charge for data at rest. "Billed for the data you read and write" reads like there isn't one. If that's right, 1 TB parked for a year is about 15 USDC on Pipe versus roughly 180 on R2 - and that's a far bigger deal than the read rate. It'd make Pipe the obvious pick for backups and archives. If there IS a monthly storage line, it belongs on this panel next to reads and writes.

$ROAM every page on weroam.xyz tells Google the real version lives on a noindexed Framer staging URL

I build websites, so I checked weroam.xyz the way I check a client's site before launch: page source, canonical tags, sitemap and links.

The basics are in place. robots.txt allows crawling, the sitemap lists 285 weroam.xyz URLs, and the main pages have their own titles and descriptions.

    What I found:

    1) The canonical tag on every page I checked points to the Framer staging domain, not to weroam.xyz. On the homepage the canonical is https://youthful-three-407982.framer.app/, and /use/global-esim-mobile, /use/use-earn, /resources/faq, /learn/what-is-roam-network and the August 2026 round-up do the same with their own paths. That staging domain is still live and returns "X-Robots-Tag: noindex". So the sitemap says "index weroam.xyz", while each page says "the original is a URL you must not index". Google has to guess which signal to trust, and that can cost the eSIM and Use & Earn pages their search traffic.

    2) On tablet, the "Our Communities" card links to https://weroam.xyz/join_us.html, which returns Framer's 404 page. The desktop version of the same card links to /join_us and works.

    3) The site has a custom script that should send mixed-case URLs to lowercase ones. It has a typo: "window.loction.search" instead of "window.location.search", so it would throw before redirecting. It also lives only on working pages, while Framer serves mixed-case URLs as a 404 that doesn't include the script. In practice /Resources/FAQ shows "Page Not Found" and /resources/faq works. The same script tries to rescue join_us.html, and fails for the same reason.

    4) /join_us and /footer/about reuse the homepage title "Roam - Web3 DePIN WiFi and eSIM Network".

Suggestions: in Framer, set weroam.xyz as the primary domain so the canonicals switch over (this usually happens when the custom domain is not set as primary). Point the tablet card to /join_us. Add real redirects in Framer's Redirects settings for join_us.html and mixed-case paths instead of the head script. Give About and Join Us their own titles.

Question: is youthful-three-407982.framer.app meant to stay public? If it is only a staging copy, password-protecting it would remove the duplicate site.

I used Moby Web in launch week (Oct 14, logged in, Solana) for my usual routine: find a token smart money is buying, check the wallets doing it, follow the good ones, enter with TP and SL. Four things a builder can act on.

    1. TP/SL. The launch thread says TP and SL are "available when entering a position". The web buy panel has Market, Trigger, Limit and DCA, no TP/SL. The app's TP/SL text speaks of "one order over your position", set "vs your entry", and the Sell tab would not open on a token I did not hold. So TP/SL is a second order after the fill, and the position has no stop until then. An optional TP/SL row in the buy panel, placed right after the fill, would match the thread.

    2. Minimum order. From a nearly empty wallet, 0.009 SOL gave "Amount too small to swap". Max filled 0.008383 SOL and the button turned green ("Buy CATE") under the same warning, until the quote ran out of retries and it became "Try again". I found no stated minimum. Show it under the amount, keep the button disabled while the quote fails, and let Max say when the balance is below it.

    3. Wallet names. One wallet is "PUMP Whale 281A" in CATE's live feed and "JEANPHIL Whale 281A" on its profile; "GP Whale 3FD3" becomes "SI Whale 3FD3". After I followed "BATON Whale 9DF8", its profile says "Whale 9DF8" while the Following feed says "BATON Whale 9DF8". One stable label per wallet would help.

    4. Whale means size, not skill. At 13:08 WIB Moby showed smart money +$95.1K net into CATE over the hour, and 13 whale wallets had bought it in the previous ~13 hours. I opened all 13 profiles: 4 had positive 30-day realized PnL, 9 were negative, down to -$38.1K. 30-day PnL or win rate next to the name in the live feed and Key Holders, or a filter for it, would turn 13 clicks into a glance. I followed the 4.

Also, a token link opened logged out lands on the sign-up screen, so a shared link shows nothing to a non-user.

Question on $MOBY : the app pays 10 to 30% of the 0.75% trading fee back in $MOBY, with a claim threshold. Is that $MOBY bought on market from fees, or paid from a set allocation?

Disclosure: Moby user since Nov 2025. I share a referral code, which earns $MOBY on referred trades. No other affiliation.

Frequently asked questions

How has Storage performed recently?

The Storage category shows mixed signals over both the 7-day and 30-day windows. Over the past week, 27 tokens saw an upward trend while 15 declined. Destra Network (DSync) led with a 7-day streak and the highest score of 80.6621, though SolShare (索拉拉) experienced a significant 150.3% score increase, marking it as a top climber. Notable fallers included Real World Services (RWS) and Baby BFT (BBFT), both dropping 8 ranks. Looking at the 30-day period, 29 tokens were up and 13 were down. Destra Network (DSync) maintained its strong performance with a 15-day streak and the highest score of 81.2666. WeSendit (WSI) was a significant climber, gaining 13 ranks with a 57.3% score increase, while KeepHost (KEEPHOST) saw the largest decline, falling 10 ranks with a 52.4% score decrease. Impossible Cloud Network Token (ICNT) was a new entrant into the top K in both timeframes, whereas Shadow Token (SHDW) exited the top K in both periods.

What are decentralized storage tokens?

Decentralized storage tokens are cryptocurrencies that facilitate and incentivize distributed data storage networks. They are used to pay for storage services, reward providers, and participate in network governance.

How do decentralized storage networks work?

Decentralized storage networks break data into smaller pieces, encrypt them, and distribute them across a network of independent nodes. This eliminates single points of failure and enhances data security and censorship resistance.

What are the benefits of using decentralized storage?

Benefits include enhanced security through encryption and distribution, improved privacy, censorship resistance, often lower costs compared to traditional cloud storage, and greater user control over data.

What is the difference between decentralized storage and traditional cloud storage?

Traditional cloud storage relies on centralized servers owned and operated by a single entity, making them susceptible to outages, data breaches, and censorship. Decentralized storage distributes data across a peer-to-peer network, offering greater resilience, security, and user autonomy.

Are decentralized storage tokens a good investment?

Investing in decentralized storage tokens carries the same risks as other cryptocurrency investments, including price volatility and regulatory uncertainty. Potential returns depend on the adoption and success of the underlying storage networks. It's important to conduct thorough research and consider your risk tolerance.
