We use this data strictly to provide the TokenGems service, manage the GEM points reward system, display public profiles and community feeds, and ensure platform security.

2. GEM Points and User Ranks

• No Monetary Value: "GEM points" and associated user ranks (e.g., Diamond, Ruby) are utility/reputation points within the TokenGems ecosystem. They are not a currency, hold no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Modifications: Bitbond GmbH reserves the right to modify the rules for earning GEM points, adjust user ranks, or revoke points at our sole discretion without prior notice.

If you claim a token profile, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized creator/owner of the underlying smart contract. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the off-chain data (links, team info, financials) you provide. Bitbond GmbH is not liable for misrepresentations made by token creators.

To the maximum extent permitted by German law, Bitbond GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the TokenGems platform or reliance on the data provided herein.
