$DRIFT is a gem!

I tested Drift’s mobile BTC-PERP trading interface without connecting a wallet or executing a transaction.

Two different status messages appeared at the same time: a banner said that the Drift protocol was temporarily paused because of irregular activity, while a separate notification reported an RPC connection error and suggested refreshing the page or changing the RPC settings.

The interface does not clearly explain whether trading is unavailable because of the protocol pause, the temporary RPC problem, or both. A new user may not know whether changing RPC settings would help or whether they should simply wait.

My suggestion is to combine these messages into one clear status panel that identifies the cause, affected features, expected next step, and a link to the official status update. Trading controls should also be visibly disabled while the protocol is paused.

I tested this on mobile without connecting a wallet, depositing funds, or executing a trade.
