$HNT Developer-docs suggestion: add frame-length validation to Helium’s Oracle Data JavaScript reader. The guide describes unsigned 32-bit record lengths, but the example uses readInt32BE and slices the payload without checking that the declared bytes exist.

For example, 00 00 00 05 08 01 declares five payload bytes but contains only two. A local test of the framing operations confirms that the slice returns two bytes and the offset advances past the file’s end without reporting truncation.

Could the example use readUInt32BE, check that four header bytes remain, and reject lengths exceeding the remaining payload before decoding? An error showing the file offset would help developers identify incomplete files. Small valid and truncated test fixtures would also make the example easier to verify.

This concerns the documentation example and synthetic local inputs, not live Helium data or production software.
