$JUP first-time Swap onboarding observation

I tested Jupiter Swap as a first-time user with a connected wallet holding 0 USDC.

After entering 10 USDC as the sell amount, the SOL quote was easy to understand. The point where I got stuck was the next step: the CTA changed to “Insufficient USDC,” appeared disabled, and clicking it gave no response.

I then spent about two minutes looking around the interface for a way to resolve this, but I still could not tell whether I was supposed to buy USDC, deposit it into my wallet, or use another Jupiter feature first.

For a zero-balance user, this feels like a dead end. An inline “Get USDC / Add funds” action, plus a short note such as “Swap uses assets already held in your connected wallet”, could make the first-time flow much clearer.
